Your wedding hire includes everything you need for a countryside celebration:
- Private use from 12pm – 11pm
- The Waiting Room, Garden & Woodland

- Full event set-up and take-down
- Bar management and service throughout your celebration
- Access to the Waiting Room kitchen for your chosen caterer
- Space for food trailers and mobile caterers on site
Pricing 2026/7
Summer Weddings (May– September)
- Friday, Saturday or Sunday: £1,805
- Bank Holidays: £1,945
Includes 30 guests as standard. Additional guests are £5 per person, up to a maximum of 100 guests.
Future Bookings (2028 and beyond)
Pricing for 2028 and later dates will be confirmed closer to the time. Please get in touch if you’re planning ahead.

We’re also happy to help coordinate live music and sound production for bands and evening entertainment.

The waiting room kitchen is available for your caterer, you can hire our pizza oven or you may prefer a food trailer for your outdoor dining!

- Bespoke spirits and mixers by request
For a memorable local touch, we can also suggest Northumberland honey sparkling mead for arrival drinks or toasts.

For guests wishing to stay close to the Langley Tracks, we’re happy to recommend beautiful local accommodation including Langley Dam Glamping and the nearby Staward Station Waiting Room stay.
Additional guest parking can also be arranged nearby, making logistics simple for larger celebrations.
